Q1 Why the message “destination disk drive is full” pops up when I try to save files?
A1 There 3 types of file format which are NTFS,FAT32,FAT16,each one has different max file size limited of single file.
1.Check the file format of HDD.
2.Make sure the file size is smaller than the limit.
Max single file size limit of each type as following,FAT16: 2GB,FAT32: 4GB,NTFS:16TB
